if my daughters dad has full custody of her if we get married does that change or stay as is

It would not change automatically, but it would not make a difference until or unless you separated. Of course, I assume the two of you would agree to modify the paternity case to provide for joint physical and legal custody, and if you cannot do that, you would be foolish to get married.
