My daughter's death certificate

My ex-wife put her current husband's name (as the father) on our daughter's death certificate. How do I go about getting this misinformation corrected?

Such an issue requires you to go to court and get an order to change the birth certificate. That in turn requires you to prove you are the biological father, that you have not abandoned the child, that it is in the best interest of the child, etc. Definitely can be done.
