my daughters father wants to give up his rights of her. We both agree to this. How where do i go or who should i talk to to get this done as soon as possible? I am also about to get married and my future husband wants to adopt her what do i need to do

Once you are married, there is a streamlined procedure for your husband to adopt his stepchild. the adoption will terminate the biological father's rights. you should contact a lawyer to make sure that the paperwork is properly drafted. You probably will not need to have a lawyer appear in court for you.
