Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughters father and I have joint custody, but he has primary custody. I live in Texas and he lives in Indiana with her. According to Indiana parenting guidlines i have her 7 weeks out of her summer break. He is only allowing me 4 weeks. Can i keep her the entire 7 weeks in suppose to have or will i get in legal trouble because he wants her home in 4 weeks?

I am assuming that custody and parentign time was decided by an Indiana court. It says 7 weeks. Send him the parenting time guidelines and highlight the 7. You may want to hire an attorney for the sole purpose of sending a letter indicating what the Guidelines state and when you intend to have the child.
