You will have a provisional hearing, which will establish the vistitation and support issues.

The Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines provide for non-custodial parents to see the kids every other weekend, one day during the week and half the summers.

One parent transports the kids to the other, then the other returns them.

You need to find someone to help do the transportation on your end -- or you can ask that the court make her responsible for the transportation if you will give up your visitation credit on the support schedule.

If you don't have an attorney, you probably should get one if at all possible.

If you are a low-income individual, the Legal Aid Society might be able to help you.
