De Facto Guardianship

What exactly is ''de facto guardianship'' and what is the criteria for filing for & receiving it?

There is no such thing as " de facto guardianship". The INdiana Code, chapter 31 does have a provision for "de facto custody" and you can find the code at the Indiana Judiciary Web Site Library.
