How do I deal with this? My ex husband and I jsut went to court 02/18/10- the judge stated specifically he was to not keep our kids overnight on school nights. he refused to bring them back . he lives 2 counties away. I recently was in an MVA nad have expressed multiple times to him, my car is my only vehicle and I am not able to make it to his resudence to get my kids back, if he would bring them , he is constantly refusing, harrassing and yelling at me. what legally can I do. I have primary physical custody. he is still on probation as far as I know, for battter x2 against myself and our kids, also recent DUI and yet, I feel I have done wrong. what can I do

The parenting time guidelines require you to pick them up at the end of visitation. Unless specifically ordered to handle the tranportation for their return, you were in the wrong, not him. As to the other problems you are having with him, they would be best handled by hiring an attorney to bring these facts to the court. It is difficult to believe that the judge would allow unsupervised visits with the children that a felon has battered, and an attorney can best bring those facts to the court's attention.
