Deasead Spouses Bills
Can I be sued for my husbands bills
if we had no money toeven bury him. The state even keep the 255.00 dollars we sould have gotten for burial

Depending on all the circumstances you might still have liability. However, I suggest that you contact his creditors, tell them he is deceased, and even provide a copy of the death certificate. Many creditors will forgive the debt.
