debt in marraige
my wife opened two credit cards in my name without my knowledge. we are now splitting up. am i going to be totally responsible for all this debt?

As to the creditors, maybe, depends on whether you personally used the cards or allowed her to continue to after you did find out. The divorce court may require her to pay those bills, regardless. These are just general answers, you need to contacvt an attorney directly for more specific guidance.
