Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My decree of dissolution states "If there is any disagreement with regard to methods of discipline, lifestyle choices, schools, sporting even participation, choice of musical instruments, extracurricular activities wher the parties cannot agree, mediation shall be utilized prior to either party filiing a petition with any court jurisdiction". It also states "In the event the parties are unable to agree to any issues involving the children's education, religion and or medical care, the parties shall first submit any issue to mediation prior to any court intervention". My question is: does this apply to preschool. I want my child to attend preschool. However, his father states he cannot afford it. His father owns a five bedroom home and a lexus. He is court ordered to pay 50% of private education. and 3/4 of childcare. Am I able to put him in a childcare without his permission. There are childcares that offer the same settings and curriculum as preschools but are not called preschools.
