Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

By Decree I must pay Child support until my daughter turns 21, which occurs in December of this year. Is there a legal process required for my child support to stop, or do I simply stop making the payments upon her birthday? My divorce occurred long enough ago that my wages are not garnished, I personally submit my payments on every pay period.

Thank you.

Your best bet is to file a proposed order terminating child support as of the 21st birthday.
