Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A deed was made while M & W were married giving the survivor a house and 1 acre of land. The couple divorced. W recently passed away.

Does that affect the ownership of the property?

Our purpose was for the survivor to receive the property.

In Indiana the property may not all go the survivor, but an attorney has to actually read the deed to answer this question.
