In my devorce decree it states that u had to live in county the last 3 month she has lived elswer and i have proff with a trown out protective order can i get it tossed and buy some time not paying chil

Probably not. As long as one of you have lived in the state for 6 months and in the county for 3 months immediately prior to the filing the jurusdictional requirements are met. Additionally, child support is usually retoractive to the sate of filing so you will have to pay support regardless. Finally, the time to have objected to the jurisdiction was in court, not after the fact.

Since it is a crime not to pay child support, I would not want to rely on your argument if I was in your position.
