Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

disowning parents

i would like to divorce or disown my parents. they are pyschologically abusive and i want them completely separated and away from me and my family. Is there a way to do this? Please help

I'm assuming you are an adult since you mention that you have your own family.

In that case, yes, there is a way: Move, leave no forwarding address and don't ever speak to them again.
