You can file for divorce and should. Contact a local attorney.

And a fine idea it is, too. Just contact an attorney and get divorced. DO NOT remarry until you have a divorce decree in hand. That is bigamy, and it leads to questions that you don't want to answer, like "Do you want the top bunk in the cell or the bottom one?"
