Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
In my divorce agreement, I pay 40% of medical after my ex pays $420 dollars per year. She recently had braces put on our daughter and is wanting me to pay my 40% Would braces be considered medical??

Yes. Although, it sounds as if your divorce decree was not very specific, I would suggest to you that since a dentist is considered a health care provider that braces are indeed a medical expense.
