Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
We are getting a divorce with one child involved that is 10. My husband set the appt with his lawyer and stated that I cannot take the child out of the house till the divorce is final. Do i not have the right to take my child to stay at my parents for my safety. He will live with me during the week and dad weekends. I think my husband lied about the lawyer saying this.

Why would you rely on what your husband says or his lawyer, especially if you are worried about your own safety? I suggest that you obtain your own attorney and do so now!
