i need to know what happens if a couple has been married about 2 yrs. no kids the wife will not hold down a full time job. will the husband have to pay her alimony? or what happens? the debt rate is high! will everything have to be sold and devided? or can one take over payments on home to keep it?

Ubnless the spouse who doiesnt work is diabled, mantenance probably will not be awarded. The assets and debts will be divided and yes one person can take over payments and sole ownership of the house.
