Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If I want a divorce and all I want out of the divorce is custody of my son with no child support, all of my sons belongings, and my belongings would I be able to take my son to another state and have an attoerny represent me or would I have to stay until all court proceedings are finished?

You need an attorney either way. Your husband has to get proper notice of your move, even once you are awarded custody.
