When my divorce decree was established in 2005 there was no support payments ordered for my two children (now age 18 and full time student and age 12) because the number of overnight visits canceled out any support order. My 18 year-old has not had any overnights in two years and my 12 year old wants to eliminate the two overnights during the week. How do I determine the amount of child support that should now apply given the reduction in overnight visits?

Take your current income information and go the Indiana Supreme Court website. Better yet, go the local prosecutor's office who can represent you for free in a support modification.
First of all, any modification would have to be by court order. You can determine the amount of support you should be getting if you know the other parent's current income. There is an online calculator at www.in.gov/judiciary that you can use to determine what the support will be. Also, if the 18 year old is attending college or will be, you may want to consider seeking contributions for college expenses.
