Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In our divorce decree I can move within 100 miles of the county we divorced in. I am planning on remarrying next summer and need to move. Is this air miles or driving miles?? Or since I am moving because of remarrying someone that lives in another city does this mile radius get thrown out the window??

I an guessing that there are children involved. Driving miles is usually what is contemplated.

No, nothing is thrown out the window. However, that is a change in circumstance that may allow for you to modify the decree. Talk with your divorce attorney.
