Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In my divorce decree it state with NO stipulations that father receives exemptions in odd years for federal and state taxes. I was and am current with child support, custodial parent did have child for more nights but we made an agreement during divorce to aternate years. Orginally, divorce decree gave me an arrearage of child support and I was order to pay additional 15 dollars a week until paid off. I followed that agreement and paid it off. Child does stay with her a bit more do to school district and no bus route to my location. During 2009 taxes, my year, the mother claimed him two week before I even received my W2 form. There was no way to get her to sign form 8332. Thank you
