Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex and I are going through a divorce. We filed agreed on all issues with minoe children and waved our right to a final hearing. He agreed to pay 150$ a week for our two children. we have been seperated for 7 months and he has not paid anything. Our divorce is not final yet. How do i get him to start paying?

I do not understand how it is that you waived your final hearing and the divorce is not final yet?

That being said, depending on the circumstances you may need to file for a contempt against him and/or seek a garnishment of his wages.

FInd out where he is working and ask the court to direct a withholding notice to that employer. You can also contact your local prosecutor's office for assistance in accomplishing this, through their IV-0 office, if you can not afford your own attorney.
