Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My divorce was final 12/15/09; the custody agreement was that my ex have our child 3 days a week and thus receive parenting time credit. My ex hasn't kept our child more than 3 days a month, let alone a week. In the last month, he spent 3 hours with our son on 2 consective days while I was at work and only after I dropped our son off at his apartment on my way to work. I pay all the daycare and insurance expenses and the weekly support payment is $2 more than the weekly daycare expense. My ex changed employers in May and I have not received any support since June 3rd. Do I have to wait for a year to pass before I can amend the agreement? Also, will I have to hire another attorney or can I do it myself?

You can file a Petition for Contempt and bring the other issues up at the same time. Yes you can hire a different attorney and you can try to do this yourself. However, I would not recomend that you try to do so.
