Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My divorce was finalized in April, 2010. There is a No-contact with significant others clause in effect until April 2011. My ex is bitter about a girlfriend that I now have and has threatened to extend the clause beyond its original duration. Is that possible for her to do?

I don't know what a "no contact with significant others" clause means. That is not standard verbiage for an order in all 92 counties in Indiana. Please repost with the actual language or see the attorney from your divorce case.

I understand what you mean by no contact with significant others. Is it possible? Yes. However, without more fact I could not tell you what the chances are that th order would be extended. I do suggest that you contact your divorce attorney who would have the most knowedge concerning the circumstances of the order.
