Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I want to divorce my husband. he is from Africa and he is here illegally. I am petitioned to get his status changed. But found out later he is just using me. I want to get a divorce but I am scared to go to jail for fraud. It was a legit marriage on my part not his. What should I do?
