Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I need to get a divorce from my husband because he molested my 12 year old daughter.
I need to know if I have to pay money on a case like that because I have very little money.

What happened is horrible but does not impact on whether you have to pay for a divorce.
You can obtain a protective order for yourself and daughter free of charge. For the divorce, you may be able to obtain a wiver of court fees based on your income. You also need to contact Indiana Legal Services or the Pro Bono District Office for your county to detemine whether you qualify for free leagal services..
