i am from india a green card holder married in indiana on 1981 left my wife in 1985 and left the country in 1986 for good lost my green card also now i find out she has not divorced me after 28 years i am in india how do i divorce her?

You may file a divorce petition in the Indiana court or in the court where she may be residing.

As per law if you did not hear about her for last 7 years then it is ground for divorce.
