Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
divorce in jamaica
I was married in Jamaica 2 years ago and travel there twice a year. I am a US citizen with Indiana residency x 30 years. Can I get divorced in Jamaica? I don't know if it would be easier there or not. I haven't been able to locate any info on the internet about Jamaica divorce laws. We have a 1 yr old son and no mortgage. thanks

Re: divorce in jamaica
Just because you married in Jamaica doesn't mean you have to or even would want to divorce there.
