Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Divorce with kids and mortgage

I am considering for filing for divorce against my husband. He makes a lot more than me, but I will retain custody of the kids and would like to remain in the family home. However, with the mortgage and second mortgage, I don't think I can afford that, even with the estimated child support. What are my options, and what can I do? Also, what about credit card debt that we have, even accounts I am not on but that were accrued during our marriage, am I responsible for those?
