Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

when i got a divorce my lawyer had the child support taken out of my ex's paycheck well my ex since then has gotten and new job and will not disclose where he works now, i called the clerks office and she said since the child support was set up through the divorce then I would have to take him back to court. Any suggestions?????

1. Trail him in the morning and see where he goes to work.

2. If he is not paying support, file a contempt action and subpoena his paycheck stubs.

3. If he is paying support, request modification and subpoena his paycheck stubs.
