my divorce lawyer was used by the county of clay in indiana to rep. my exwife in raising my child support is there anything i can do about that

Although I personally would have declined to represent the county under such circumstances generally, child support is a function of plugging in confirmed income into the child support calculator. Unless you had secret sources of income that you had disclosed to him during his representation of you, this probably is not a real issue. Whether he is the attorney or someone else, the child support should be the same. You have not been harmed.
