Divorce
I live in Indiana, he lives in Minnesota, we want a divorce (havent spoken in 5 years) no property, no children, how do I start? Would like something quick, he is planning on marrying again shortly

You could try to do this yourself, however, since time seems to be important, the quickest and most efficient way is for you to hire an attorney. The divorce can be finalized within 60 days after filing without either of you appearing in court for a hearing.
