Divorce and Pregnancy
I am just in the beginning stages of a divorce in Lake County, IN. I just found out that my girlfriend is pregnant. Do I have a duty to disclose this information to my soon to be ex-wife and all the lawyers? I have no children with the soon to be ex-wife.

You do not owe a duty to her at this point. However, ultimately she will need to know as it will lower your child support. You should talk to an attorney to discuss this in more detail.
