In divorce process,want to know if I can be held liable for husband debts that appear on his credit report but not mine?

You can be held liable for any debts that you actually oew a creditor, regardless of whether someone else, including your husband, owes that debt also. All debts of either or both of you are part of the marital debts that can and must be divided by the court. Appearance of a debt on a credit report does not by itself prove that a debt is owed by or to anyone.
