I need to know my rights, what am I entitled to as far as alamony, child support, college tutition for daughter. I have been asked to leave my home by my husband. I am looking for an apartment, etc.

You have right to for maintenance but it is a lenthy process. You have to maintain yourself till the date of granting maintenance/ interim Maintenance. Judicial officer have capacity to grant maintenance upto 1/3 in civil cases and it is a time taknig process.
In cirminal cases previously the Judicial officer have power to grant maintenance upto 500/- per her to wife and each children and at present the said limit was extent upto 4,000/- nearly, but it is a descritionary power basing on the earnings of you husband.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be entitled to maintenance(alimony). You will be entitled to child support based on both of your incomes. When your child is old enough, you may petition the court for college expense contributions.
