divorce settlements

my husband and i have been married for 18years- he owns the house we live in but my name is on it too. am i entitled to any settlement for 18 years of marrrage? We have no children but have been legal guardians for 10 years to 2 kids

Absent a prenup or extenuating circumstances, there is a presumption that you are entitled to 50%.
