Divorce

I need some sort of papers proving to my husband that I'm serious about a Divorce. If he can't find a way to go to counceling.

I suggest that you contact an attorney to prepare divorce papers. You can file for divorce and then there is a waiting period of 60 days before you can actually obtain a divorce. That should give your husband an opportunity to attend counseling. If he does not, then you can proceed, since you are serious about a divorce. If he does go to counseling, you can dismiss the divorce before it is finalized.
