Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
i am going through a divorce we just did the temp custody hearing and no other order was given, the house mortage and title are in my name and i bought it before we were married does she have any right to it, also there are still some odds and ends stuff of hers here, she left and took what she wanted and never came back, i tried for 6 weeks to get her to go through it but she wouldnt, i tossed it out will i have to pay for it.

Indiana is a marital pot state. In other words, absent a prenuptial agreement and an exeption or two, all seets, regardless of title are considered in evaluating the division of assets and debts. You will have to account for those things that you tossed out if she makes a claim for those items.
