In a divorce who gets the wedding rings? My husband thinks he gets them but I think I should get my rings and he gets his.

Ultimately whatever the judge says is what will happen. Most of the time the way you suggest would probably be followed, but your husband's proposal may be followed if your wedding ring is a family heirloom from his family.

In additon to what Jay says, the court can just categorize the rings as marital property and allocate as he or she sees fit absent an agreement..
