it is not sure if u can get a divorce; please mention complete details of ur married life to enable me to make an assessment if ur entiled for divorce at all;
divorce is not obtained at free will of parties; there have to be grounds available as per law.
u are liable to pay maintenace to your spouse as per ur financial status.
Re: regarding divorce
First of all keep in mind that the divorce is not avaiable for asking. If it is by mutual consent, then it may take one week to one month. However, if the petition is contested by other party, there is no time limit though the HM ACT say it should be decided in six months.
So far as maintenance is concerned it could be one third of your salary to half of it depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Re: regarding divorce
you have not yet got the divorce - have you filed the papers! the time limit and alimony depends upon the individuals of the case - it differs from each and every case! - but it should be basically equal to give a decent livelihood!
Re: regarding divorce
