i got divorce by x paty through conjugal rights,my wife restored the case,again she is not coming to court,case is pending same time she has filed maintinance case for rs.1500 monthly . what is the way to get divorce?. what is minmum amount shall i get for her maintenance?

The way to obtain a divorce is through the court system either by agreement or by final hearing, even if she does not show up. Your last question can not be abswered wihtout more information.
