Going through divoce now, can I file bankrupcy, my personal debt, without involving my soon to be ex-husband?

If the dissolution is not final and because you must identify all litigation in which you are currently involved as well as list your spouse as a creditor, you can file the bankruptcy. But some courts will want to honor the stay and not let you proceed through the dissolution until you obtain your discharge. Others will not delay the matter.
