Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am divorced. My children have to spend every other weekend with their father. What are the laws concerning him being present with them? He works nights and his wife(whom is not kind to them) is often in charge of them while he is working and the following day so he can sleep. I don't want them in the negative environment. I need to know if I can legally keep them with me on the weekends that most of their time with him would actually be spent with his wife.
