Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was divorced in florida in march 2003. The last child support order (2 minor children,4 & 7 yrs old) was on May 30, 2006, in the amount of $198.65 p/wk plus additional $20.00 per week towards arrears. Indiana registered a foreign chiild support order in June 2007, on 8/31/2007 ex was in arrears of $14,073.00. After many frustrating tries and years to date my ex is now in arrears of $20, 494.00 and to add insult to injury the judge lowered the amount to $10.. a week addt'l towards arrears. Even tho he has doubled his income as well as the amount of arrears. I did not think a judge could change the amount of foreign support order and if so, why wouldn't the judge apply the INDIANA withholding Law esp. since the arrears have increased. what can i do

More information needed. Where is your ex-spouse? Which judge changed the amount for arrearages? Has the prosecutor filed tax refund intercept requests?

More inforamtion needs to be provided. If you did not have an attorney in Indiana, I suggest that you hire one and have him or her review all of the paperwork and listen to the court reporter's tape.
