Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am divorced from my former husband. He works for GM. He has tto give me 60% of his pension.He has taken money out of his pension. At the time of the divorce I would of gotten 30,000.00 now its like 8,ooo.oo. Also he had 30 years in 3 years ago. Do I have to wait till he turns 65, in 5 years. I need to retire because of health issues, I can't work. I don't have money to keep me going until social security disability.

You need to talk to an experienced attorney right away regarding the facts that you present concerning the pension withdrawals. You can not handle this on your own. Generally speaking, the pension payments kick in when HE retires, not when you retire.
