Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was divorced in indiana and currently live in florida. The child support I pay to my exwife is controlled by Indiana but inforced by florida. The problem is that my son is now 19 and my doughter is 17. My son hasn't lived with his mother for going on 2 years or so and my doughter lives with me in florida and has been since June of '09. She is enrolled in high school here in florida and has a valid florida drivers licence. My ex-wife will not go to the court house to stop the child support. What do i need to do?

Call a lawyer in the county of your divorce. Ask them how much it will cost to file a Motion to Emancipate/Motion to Modify. Since it sounds like you will be getting support, you can not afford NOT to do this. It makes no sense to wait on her to fix this; how much of a hurry would you be in to file paperwork to get yourself a cut in pay from your employer?
