Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Divorced and according to judge I must refinance the house. Both of our names are on deed but only ex-wife is on the loan. In order to refinance the house I must get her name off title.I have power of attorney on the house (which she signed).Can I sign her name off the house in order to refinance or what else can I do because she is being stubborn.I also must give her $3ooo.when I refinance.
