Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am divorced and am obligated to pay 49% of my daughter's college tuition based off what it would cost to send her to a state college. She is actually attending the Art Institiute which is quite more expensive than a state college. last year, I based the 49% off of total college for 1 year (tuition, room & board). I got to thinking, since she is living at her mother's house while attending college and I am still having to pay child support because of that, can I subtract the cost of the"room and board" portion of total college fee in order to determine what my 49% payment would be?

The wording of court order controls. You have to show the order to an attorney to interpret it, though it certainly sounds as if you could get it changed based upon the circumstances.
