Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I was divorced 6 yrs ago. My wife and I split profit from the house we sold and made arrangements on visitation with kids, who would claim them on what years and who carried them on insurance etc. Prior to my divorce I was inured in an accident and received a settlement from a railroad. My wife didnt get any of that money at that time. Now, 6 yrs after my divorce she has hired a lawyer and is asking for proof of how much I have invested, my 401k amount, my earnings from my job etc. for the past 3 yrs. Isnt child support only based on my salary and is she entitled to any of the money I received prior to our divorce 6 yrs ago. I currently pay 1400 a month on 3 kids. I have paid this regulalry since our divorce and my income has not changed. Thanks so much..John

Child support is based on income not salary. I suggest that you hire counsel.
